In 2025, a global fast-food brand—an undisputed leader in its market—partnered with 297STUDIO to design a merchandising line with a clear objective: to create products that didn’t just look good, but that people would genuinely want to wear, use, and integrate into their everyday lives. The items would be used as part of a customer loyalty campaign tied to the brand’s digital app.
The challenge was significant. 297 Studio’s creative team approached the project with its signature mindset: testing, taking risks, and finding solutions that go beyond meeting the brief—solutions that surprise, feel fresh, and create real impact. What began as a standard request quickly evolved into an opportunity to turn the brief into something unexpected and meaningful.
At 297 Studio, projects that seem ambitious are welcomed as opportunities to transform ideas into tangible design. The team explored multiple visual directions and references, refining concepts through close collaboration until several strong proposals were presented to the brand’s marketing stakeholders.
Once a concept received positive validation from the client, 297 Studio translated it across a range of merchandising products, including t-shirts, hoodies, and socks, all produced with user-friendly, comfortable fabrics.
The merchandising campaign exceeded client expectations, successfully translating the brand’s essence into attractive, functional products that remained fully aligned with its identity. Each piece was strategically designed to generate impact, strengthen the emotional connection with the audience, and deliver value beyond traditional promotional merchandise.
The result was a well-executed campaign with strong visual impact and an excellent reception both internally and externally, contributing tangibly to reinforcing the brand’s positioning.
